PsiControl Mechatronics designed the OXI® platform enabling the driving of multiple optimized stepper motors that are suited for applications previously dominated by permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). These small yet powerful motors provide accurate positioning and, if well designed in combination with mechanics, combine advanced motion control and high quality in robust environments.

One of our new developments is a sensorless homing motor application software. This motor controller enables automatic synchronization without noise and allows for the mechanical obstruction feedback without sensors. In addition, it reduces mechanical complexity and is both easier and faster in terms of installation and production. It is ideal for valve control, security, access control, position control and open/close applications.

At PsiControl Mechatronics, we closely collaborate with our technological partners to ensure the best solution for our customers. Depending on the application, various aspects must be managed at the same time to achieve advanced products that will in turn increase the overall performance of a machine.
