Software Structure

At PsiControl Mechatronics, software is always related to structure and whilst many can write software, few are able to write structure. However, a strict and layered build-up of SW is an essential condition behind ensuring that SW remains maintainable. As many of our projects require some level of co-engineering with the customer (Application SW is not usually their core business), the customer must be able to rely on clear and structured base SW components. Depending on the required flexibility of the project, PsiControl has the ability to work in either an unmanaged (C,C++) or in a managed SW environment (IEC61131, Java, C# etc). Our experience extends to operating systems varying from simple sequencers, over small real time kernels to full blown OS’ses, both from the open source world, as well as with commercial versions.
